Lead Teacher, Elementary K-2 (PA I ES)

The lead teacher will design and implement dynamic, standards-Aligned lesson plans while assessing student progress to personalize instruction. They will establish high academic and behavioral standards, motivating students to achieve their best.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and a valid new york state teaching certification in early childhood education or general education. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in an urban school setting is required.
