Direct Support Professional (CLS)

Provide ongoing support to individuals with intellectual and other disabilities to ensure active participation in their daily lives. Assist with self-Care routines, health, safety, household chores, and socialization to promote independence and overall wellbeing.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a valid nys driver's license. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively and meet physical demands, including lifting and transferring individuals.
