Direct Support Professional (CLS)

The direct support professional provides ongoing guidance and support to individuals with intellectual and other disabilities, ensuring their active participation in daily routines. Responsibilities include assisting with self-Care, household chores, and community engagement while promoting independence and wellbeing.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a valid nys driver's license. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and transferring individuals.
