Youth Development Professional (YDP)/Aftersch

The youth development professional is responsible for planning and implementing academic, athletic, and artistic programs for youth in a safe environment. They also provide mentorship, monitor facility safety, and maintain active engagement with club members and staff.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least two years of relevant experience or formal training. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage youth behavior, and proficiency in computer data entry are required.
