Life Coach - Bilingual - South Bend - FT

Life coaches serve as student advocates and counselors, managing a caseload of 65-80 students to promote engagement and academic progress. They build relationships with students, provide resources to remove educational barriers, and track student data to ensure graduation goals are met.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in social work, counseling, or academic guidance. Proficiency in microsoft office, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations are required, with bilingual skills in english and spanish highly preferred.
