Community Coordinator (S 30h)

The community coordinator supervises participants in various community settings and develops engaging vocational and educational opportunities. They are also responsible for documenting progress, ensuring safety, and collaborating with the program team to meet individual service plan goals.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework or one to three years of relevant experience preferred. A valid massachusetts driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
