Behavior Technician - After School Hours (Part Time 10-30 Hours)

The behavior technician provides clinical skills instruction and implements behavior reduction protocols based on applied behavior analysis principles for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include collecting data, assisting with parent training, and delivering direct client care in various settings under bcba supervision.

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older and possess either a bachelor's degree in a human services field with one year of relevant experience or an associate's degree (60 college credits) with a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience working with youth needing behavior management. Strong organization and communication skills are required, and registered behavior technician certification is a plus.
