Behavior Technician - After School Hours (Part Time 10-30 Hours)

The behavior technician provides clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on applied behavior analysis for children with developmental disabilities. They are responsible for collecting data, implementing intervention strategies, and assisting with parent training under the supervision of a bcba.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess either a bachelor's degree in a human services field with one year of experience or an associate's degree with two years of experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, and a registered behavior technician certification is considered a plus.
