Job Coach - SWE

The job coach will work alongside youth participants to provide training, support task completion, and help them meet employer expectations. They are also responsible for maintaining documentation, reporting progress to case managers, and fostering positive relationships between participants and their supervisors.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and experience in social services, with a preference for those with an associate's or bachelor's degree. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and holding first aid/Cpr certification is also preferred.
