Teacher Level 1

The teacher plans and executes daily educational classroom activities while maintaining a safe, healthy, and developmentally appropriate environment. They are also responsible for documenting child progress, conducting home visits, and ensuring compliance with head start standards.

Candidates must hold a cda or be enrolled in an early childhood education degree program, or possess an aa/Ba/Bs in an unrelated field with at least two years of experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 60 pounds are required.
