Clinical Performance and Safety Specialist Trainer

The performance and safety specialist delivers critical training programs, including new hire orientation, cpr/First aid, and crisis prevention. They also monitor staff competencies and collaborate with leadership to address safety practices and training needs at assigned units.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and 2-5 years of experience in the healthcare field. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree, experience in training roles, and relevant certifications such as emt or cna.
