Job Coach - SWE

The job coach will work alongside youth participants to provide training, support, and guidance to help them meet employer expectations. They are also responsible for maintaining documentation of participant progress and facilitating relationships between participants and their supervisors.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and experience in social services, with a preference for those with an associate or bachelor's degree. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and current first aid/Cpr certification are also preferred.
