Job Coach (Bilingual Spanish, Special Needs) - Bronx

The job coach manages a caseload of 10-20 clients, providing on-Site training, support, and task modeling to ensure success in their roles. They are also responsible for traveling to job sites and writing detailed service notes to monitor client progress.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and strong communication skills. One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and bilingual spanish proficiency are highly preferred.
