Job Coach (Bilingual Spanish, Special Needs) - Bronx

The job coach manages a caseload of 10-20 clients, providing on-Site training, support, and task modeling to ensure success in their roles. They are also responsible for traveling to job sites and maintaining detailed service notes to track client progress.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities. Proficiency in spanish and experience as a direct support professional are highly preferred.
