Core responsibilities
The lead pre-K teacher is responsible for designing and implementing an age-Appropriate curriculum while fostering a safe, nurturing environment for children. They will also observe developmental progress, communicate regularly with families, and mentor support staff.
Requirements summary
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare program and the ability to pass background checks. A cda or degree in early childhood education is preferred but not required.
