Develop and plan program and outreach, focusing on the mental health and emotional well-being of Chatham undergraduate and graduate students.
Assist with administrative responsibilities, including scheduling events, reserving tables and rooms for outreach activities, and ordering supplies.
Ensure practicum trainee participation in outreach programming to gain clinical training.
Coordinate with Executive Director for Counseling and Wellness on upcoming events and for ongoing supervision.
Execute one to two events per month, in collaboration with Student Engagement and Chatham University Counseling Center.
All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time.
Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year.
Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.
Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
