Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children to implement clinical plans designed by bcbas to build adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors. They are also responsible for collecting and recording data on client behavior and maintaining a safe, organized therapy environment.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged. The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to work in a center-Based environment with no prior criminal history.
