Core responsibilities
The bcba will develop and implement behavioral support strategies using aba principles to assist students and provide professional development to school staff. They will conduct functional behavioral assessments, create behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with iep teams to ensure student success.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification and preferably a state license (Laba). A master's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience in an educational or clinical setting are preferred.
