The substitute teacher will deliver instructional lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher while maintaining a safe, gender-responsive, and trauma-informed learning environment. They are responsible for monitoring student progress, promoting academic goals, and ensuring equitable learning opportunities for all students.
Candidates must hold at least an associate degree and possess a valid Florida ID or driver's license. A current Florida State Teacher’s Certification and prior experience working with at-risk youth are preferred.
