  • Individualized Treatment Plans Develop and implement tailored therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing academic and social skills.
  • Collaboration Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support for students.
  • Progress Monitoring Regularly evaluate student progress, documenting outcomes and making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
  • Family Support & Training Provide guidance and training to families to reinforce therapeutic goals in the home environment.
  • Professional Development Engage in continuous education to remain informed about the latest evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.

Qualifications

Education Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Licensure Current state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist. Experience Experience working with children with Autism and Learning Disabilities is preferred. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of sensory integration techniques and adaptive strategies.
