Parkhurst Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary ESE Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting students with diverse learning needs and creating a positive, structured, and encouraging classroom environment. Position Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities in accordance with IEP goals Develop and implement lesson plans that support individualized learning needs Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure accommodations and modifications are provided Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and records Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with parents/guardians Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment Support student social/emotional growth and positive behavior development
