High School Math Teacher

The High School Math teacher is responsible for providing engaging, rigorous, and Christ-centered instruction in mathematics. The teacher will inspire students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a biblical worldview while preparing them for college, careers, and lifelong learning.

• Teach high school mathematics courses, which may include: Algebra I & II Geometry Pre-Calculus Statistics Consumer Math Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards and school curriculum. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student learning needs. Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences into instruction. Utilize data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly. Christian Integration:

Integrate biblical principles and a Christian worldview into daily instruction. Model Christian character and servant leadership in professional and personal life. Lead students in prayer and faith-based discussions as appropriate. Support the school's mission, vision, and statement of faith. Student Development:

• Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, responsibility, and academic excellence.
• Encourage creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
• Maintain effective classroom management and procedures.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
• Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, STEM education, Engineering, Science, or other related field.
• Strong Christian testimony and commitment to Christian education.
• Ability to pass background screening.
