This role focuses on providing a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants, supporting their growth through responsive care and engaging activities.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, high-quality care for infants (ages 6 weeks to 12 months) Follow feeding, diapering, and sleep schedules as instructed by parents Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment Engage infants in age-appropriate activities that promote development Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom Monitor and document developmental milestones and daily activities Communicate effectively with parents and team members Follow all licensing regulations and center policies

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (CDA or early childhood education preferred) Previous experience working with infants or in a childcare setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage in active caregiving Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirements
