Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with district and state curriculum standards. Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and respect. Assess and monitor student progress using a variety of assessment tools and strategies. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Manage classroom behavior and establish clear expectations for student conduct. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and administrators to improve instructional practices. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance. Support the social and emotional development of students. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
