Provide individual and group counseling to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on IEPs and 504 plans. Act as a liaison between the school, home, and community to remove barriers to student success and manage crisis situations.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and an active Minnesota Professional Educators License. Candidates must pass a DOJ/FBI background check and be eligible to work in the United States.
