Market context

Minnesota health center roles need adaptable candidates

In Minnesota, Health and Wellness Intern and Health Center Assistant roles are often tied to seasonal youth or camp programs, so demand tends to rise for candidates who can work in active, outdoor settings. These positions can be competitive because employers often prefer health majors, EMTs, or applicants with camp or youth experience, and the listed requirements and benefits here are AI-summarized from the original job description to save you research time. If you are considering applying, confirm you have at least one year of college completed and highlight any first aid, outdoor, or youth-facing experience in your application.
