Cecilia School and Academy is seeking a dependable and supportive Middle School Classroom Aide to assist teachers in creating a structured, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
The ideal candidate will support students academically and behaviorally while helping maintain daily classroom routines and fostering a positive school culture.
Job Responsibilities ● Assist teachers with instructional activities, including small-group and individual student support.● Help maintain a structured and organized classroom environment.● Support middle school students with assignments and classroom tasks.● Reinforce classroom expectations and promote positive behavior.● Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and other assigned times.● Prepare classroom materials and assist with organizational tasks.● Communicate effectively with teachers and staff to support student needs.● Build positive, respectful relationships with students.
Job Requirements ● Experience working with middle school-aged students preferred.● Strong communication and collaboration skills.● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.● Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.● Ability to support a structured and respectful learning environment.● Commitment to the mission and values of St.
