Job description

  • Arbor Therapy is looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (1099 Contractor) to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team at our Mesa clinic.

  • What You'll Do Evaluate and treat fine motor, sensory, feeding, and activities of daily living Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Monitor client progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support progress at home Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including Speech-Language Pathologists and Physical Therapists Complete timely and concise documentation What We're Looking For Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Interest or experience in early intervention and developmental disabilities Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for ongoing learning and professional growth Preferred (but not required): Experience or interest in feeding therapy Experience with AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication) Bilingual skills Working Environment This role may require standing, kneeling, lifting, and floor-based therapy activities.
