Montessori Teacher / Assistant Primary (3–6) – Future Lead Guide Opportunity

This position is ideal for: Current Montessori assistants ready to pursue Primary certification Teachers with ECE experience who feel called to Montessori education Educators who aspire to lead their own 3–6 classroom in the future

What You Will Do Support the Lead Guide in maintaining a calm, orderly, and engaging Montessori environment Assist children in developing independence, concentration, and confidence Observe and document student progress with care and professionalism Model respectful communication and grace and courtesy Collaborate with colleagues to uphold consistency and excellence in the classroom Gradually assume increased responsibility as you progress toward a Lead Guide role
