About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide high-quality, evidence‑based ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement individualized behavior plans, collect accurate data, and contribute to the progress and well‑being of each client. This role is ideal for an RBT who enjoys collaboration, values consistency, and wants to grow within a stable, mission‑focused organization. Schedule Monday–Thursday Some days 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, others 10:00 AM–7:00 PM 36 hours per week Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $23.00–$25.30/hour Medical Insurance: Individual coverage for only $30/month, $750 deductible, 100% coverage after deductible Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with 3% employer match Vacation & sick time begin accruing immediately Paid holidays (including the winter break noted above) Paid even when sessions are cancelled Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility Tuition reimbursement
