Job Summary
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsible for designing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention programs that create meaningful change in clients’ lives.
- This role includes conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions while providing hands-on support.
- The BCBA collaborates closely with teachers, therapists, youth care staff, and families to ensure consistent, high-quality care and measurable progress.
- Strong communication with parents, schools, and referral partners is essential to track outcomes and adapt strategies.
- This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact while leading staff training and shaping effective behavioral supports across a multidisciplinary team.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Masters degree in a human service field and valid credentials as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
Licensure/Certification
Valid drivers license and auto insurance with a good driving record. At least 21 years of age.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service focus, excellent time management, oral and written communication skills.
- Requires analytical ability necessary to handle moderately complex administrative details such as preparing reports.
- Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with attention to detail.
- Must be proficient in Word, and email applications.
Major Duties
- Review Behavior Improvement Plans
- Provide individual behavior therapy
- Conduct Assessments including Functional Analysis
- Provide training to staff on concepts/principles of ABA as needed
- Provide additional training and feedback to staff in the area of behavior management
- Collect and analyze data for identified cases on a monthly basis to determine revisions/new programming needed.
- Complete Monthly graphs, quarterly reviews, annual reviews, BIP and assessments as needed.
- Conduct direct observation of program implementation and provide feedback.
- Conduct training for family members and other essential personnel to increase consistency and generalization across environments
Additional duties may be assigned based on organizational needs and staff qualifications.
