Phlebotomy Staff Instructor (Part time) - Bridgeport, CT

Minimum Qualifications

CURRENT Certified Phlebotomy Technician in the state of Michigan with a minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in the previous 5 years. General knowledge of lab processing, special specimen procurement, anatomy and phlebotomy Knowledge of phlebotomy techniques, body systems, hospital departments, safety, quality control, urinalysis WORKING / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit for extended periods of time; and have sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a phone, computer keyboard and other office equipment. Evening or weekend hours, if necessary, to meet deadlines and meet with prospective students. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk and hear.
