The Lead Teacher designs and implements developmentally appropriate curricula for preschool children during the school year and transitions to a camp leader in the summer. They are responsible for nurturing youth achievement, maintaining parent relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and educational standards.
Candidates must hold an EEC Lead Teacher Certification and specific combinations of child development credits and experience ranging from 9 to 36 months. Required certifications include Child CPR, First Aid, and AED, along with a commitment to anti-racist and inclusive practices.

45 am-5:45 pm shift Monday through Friday.
