About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our mission of giving New York City’s youngest learners a joyful, solid foundation for lifelong learning. In this role, you will be the vital "right hand" in an inclusive, nurturing 2's/3’s classroom. You will support the Lead Teacher in implementing the Tools of the Mind Curriculum, helping guide students through a journey of intentional play. You are a co-creator of a culture that fosters inquiry, independence, and social-emotional intelligence.

What You’ll Do The Classroom Co-Pilot

  • Partner with the Lead Teacher to implement engaging, play-based lessons using the Tools of the Mind Curriculum. You’ll help set the stage for curiosity in preschoolers ages 2, 3, or 4.
