Job description

  • Learning & Development Coordinator Randolph- Hybrid | Full-Time The Learning & Development Coordinator supports May Institute’s training operations by managing orientation logistics, tracking certifications, compliance documentation, and cross-functional communication.
  • This role ensures seamless training delivery and accurate recordkeeping that directly supports our mission to promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
  • Key Responsibilities Coordinate New Hire Orientation attendance, reporting, badge creation, and training progression scheduling.
  • Manage recertification enrollment, compliance tracking, and LMS documentation updates.
  • Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly audits of training and certification records.
  • Support internal and external audits with complete, accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate training logistics including room scheduling, materials, vendor communication, and last-minute adjustments.
  • Manage the L&D team inbox, team scheduling, supply ordering, and internal communications.
  • Create promotional materials and track L&D invoices for fiscal accountability.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for L&D inquiries, directing questions appropriately and ensuring timely, professional responses.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Professional written and verbal communication abilities. Collaborative mindset with ability to partner across departments. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Experience with LMS platforms, HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred), and reporting tools.
