The role!

  • Pay rate: $44 per hour
  • Hours: Part-time, approximately 60 hours per month. Weekly hours will be flexible to meet Agency needs.

Summary & Responsibilities

  • The Registered Nurse MAP Trainer provides the Agency competent oversight of the MAP systems and ensures compliance with regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct full MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification and recertification trainings as scheduled to meet the Agency’s training needs.
  • Proctor MAP testing for staff as needed (when other training staff aren’t available to do so).
  • Complete MAP audits at residential programs on a quarterly basis.
  • Provide specialized training to employees as required by DDS.

Qualifications

Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN) required Active Massachusetts MAP trainer Certification required.
