Job description

  • Fidelity Partners Services, LLC. is currently recruiting Educational Occupational Therapists for the San Antonio and Austin areas to evaluate and treat students with disabilities to enhance their functional independence within the educational environment.
  • OTs will collaborate closely with trans-disciplinary teams to design individualized plans, improve fine/gross motor skills, and ensure students can access their curriculum and school facilities.
  • Conduct Assessments: Perform standardized and observational evaluations to determine a student's need for occupational therapy.
  • Direct & Indirect Therapy: Implement individualized treatment plans, delivering both direct push-in/pull-out services and consultative support.
  • Adaptive Equipment: Recommend, fabricate, and monitor the use of adaptive devices, assistive technology, or specialized seating.

Qualifications

Education: Master's degree (or recognized equivalent) in Occupational Therapy.

Licensure

Active state Occupational Therapy license (e.g., Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners).

Certification

National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) registration is often required or strongly preferred.

Experience
