Job description
Fidelity Partners Services is actively recruiting Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the San Antonio, Austin and surrounding areas to evaluate, diagnoses, and treat students with communication disorders that affect their educational performance. SLPs will design customized therapy, collaborate with teachers, and participate in ARD/IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings to ensure students can access the general education curriculum. Duties & Responsibilities
Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders. IEP Management: Develop, translate, and implement instructionally relevant goals and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Direct & Indirect Therapy: Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual or small-group settings to meet students' needs. Team Collaboration: Work closely with general and special education teachers, parents, and related service providers to coordinate educational strategies. Compliance & Documentation: Manage state/federal compliance paperwork, track progress toward mastery of goals, and complete Medicaid (SHARS) billing documentation if applicable. Qualifications & Requirements Education: A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Licensure
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (e.g., Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology).
