Market context

Texas COTA roles remain in steady demand

In Texas, Occupational Therapy Assistant roles are commonly driven by ongoing needs in schools, clinics, and pediatric settings, especially where early intervention and developmental support are priorities. These positions can be competitive because employers often look for current Texas licensure, accredited training, and familiarity with early childhood development, along with background check clearance. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save time, then confirm your licensure status and prepare examples of hands-on patient support.
