Provides administrative and coordination support for the HR department, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, and front-line operations. Manages interview logistics, maintains confidential personnel records, and serves as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries.
Requires an associate's degree in HR, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of three years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or Talent Acquisition, is required.
An associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the minimum educational requirement. Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related office environment. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with standard office and business software, including Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Workspace, web-based systems, and general office equipment. Prior experience with an HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking System is preferred. Ability to interact effectively with ethnically, culturally, and socially diverse faculty, staff, students, and external partners. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Flexibility and willingness to perform a wide range of administrative and coordination duties in a fast-paced environment. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Sitting: Extensive sitting at a desk or computer workstation, often >50% of the workday. Computer Use: Frequent, repetitive keyboarding and mouse usage.
