The Program Leader is responsible for creating a safe and enriching environment for children by implementing age-appropriate developmental curricula. They supervise children in a drop-in setting and maintain open communication with parents and families.
Candidates need at least one year of experience in an organized child care setting and must be certified in CPR and First Aid. Early Childhood Education units and bilingual skills are preferred.
As a Program Leader, you have an opportunity to be a role model for children and to help to create a safe, fun environment for children to grow. You will work as a team member, supervising and interacting with children in a drop-in setting, as well as creating an environment that is safe and activity enriching. The Program Leader will also perform other duties and responsibilities assigned at will as seen fit by the Director.
$20.00 - $25.00/hour
