Responsibilities

Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for kindergarten children Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you Implement positive behavioral guidance strategies and ensure a safe learning space Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge Support individual learning needs and encourage social and emotional growth

Qualifications

Four-year degree in education Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for nurturing and educating young children Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred We believe that who children are is just as important as who they become.
