Infant / Toddler Teacher – Early Learning Classroom

The Learning Experience – Ashburn is seeking an experienced Infant / Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of early development. This role focuses on creating a nurturing classroom environment where children build confidence, communication skills, and independence through responsive care and structured routines.

Key Responsibilities

Support classroom routines for infants and toddlers Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and supervision Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment Encourage early communication and social development Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones Follow Virginia licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

Prior childcare experience required CDA preferred but not required Experience working with infants or toddlers strongly preferred Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
