Early Childhood Education Teacher – Preschool & Early Learning Programs

The Learning Experience – Ashburn is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Teacher to support young learners during important stages of growth, development, and school readiness. This role focuses on creating engaging learning experiences that help children build confidence, independence, communication skills, and positive social relationships.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy creating structured, hands-on learning opportunities while fostering a warm and nurturing classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily classroom routines and age-appropriate learning experiences Implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and discovery Foster language development, social-emotional growth, and early cognitive skills Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment Guide children through transitions, group activities, learning centers, and daily routines Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and classroom updates Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership Follow Virginia licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

Prior childcare experience required CDA preferred but not required Strong classroom management and communication skills Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented approach Passion for helping young children learn and grow Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
