The teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging classroom environment and implementing daily curriculum to support children's developmental growth. They must also maintain positive communication with families and ensure compliance with cleanliness and organization standards.
Candidates must have completed the DCF 45 Hours certification and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool classroom. A passion for early childhood education and strong professional communication skills are required.
