A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a preference for CDA, FCCPC, or Early Childhood Education coursework. Candidates should have CPR and First Aid certification and the physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

The Infant Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 6 weeks to 12 months. This position focuses on supporting each infant's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development while building strong relationships with families and maintaining compliance with all licensing and company standards.
Essential Responsibilities: Child Care & Development
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment. Ensure toys, equipment, and materials are sanitized and in good condition. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Assist with classroom setup, daily routines, and transitions. Family Communication
Build positive relationships with families through daily communication. Provide updates regarding feeding, sleeping, diapering, developmental progress, and classroom activities. Partner with families to support each child's individual needs and development. Curriculum & Documentation
Implement curriculum activities and lesson plans designed for infants. Observe and document developmental progress. Participate in assessments, parent conferences, and center events as needed. Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with co-teachers, administration, and support staff. Attend required trainings, meetings, and professional development opportunities. Support center initiatives and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Frequently lift and carry children up to 40 pounds. Bend, kneel, sit on the floor, and engage in active play. Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations. Maintain a high level of energy and engagement throughout the day. Core Values
