Lead daily instruction for preschool-aged children Support early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional development Maintain consistent classroom routines and learning centers Guide assistant teachers and support classroom organization Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and classroom updates Ensure compliance with Virginia licensing standards
