The Lead Teacher is responsible for implementing the Wonder of Learning curriculum and managing a safe, inclusive classroom for infants through preschoolers. They must maintain positive communication with families and document children's developmental progress.
Candidates must hold at least an Associate Degree in early childhood education. Experience in an early childhood classroom and a strong understanding of play-based learning are preferred.
