About the Role

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and loving care to children in a safe and engaging environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational games. Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation and homework help. Maintain open communication with parents regarding child’s progress and needs. Support children’s emotional and social development through positive reinforcement. Ensure a clean and organized play area and assist with light housekeeping duties. Adhere to all safety and health regulations to ensure a secure environment. Be a positive role model and provide guidance to children in various situations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a nanny or in a childcare setting is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Strong communication skills and a nurturing demeanor. Ability to engage children in fun and educational activities. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Background check clearance is required. Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate family needs. Passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
