Responsibilities

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities and play. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks while accommodating dietary restrictions. Assist with homework and educational activities to foster learning. Maintain a clean and safe environment for children at all times. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs. Implement daily routines and schedules to promote consistency. Provide emotional support and guidance to children to enhance their well-being. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care and support.

Requirements

Previous experience in child care or early childhood education preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children. Background check clearance required. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in child development is a plus. Reliable transportation to and from job locations.
